Happy spring to everyone. The BA has remained active throughout the last few months though we have not been allowed to have visitors. We are joyfully and patiently working on opening our doors in accord with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts phased Reopening Plan. Here are five things you should know about the BA this month.

THIS MONTH
- MEET OUR CHRISTIAN SCIENCE NURSES – You will enjoy hearing the great interview that Steve Carlson had with Steve Okwor, a graduate of the Christian Science Nursing Arts and long-time Christian Science nurse at the BA. It’s part of our “Meet our Christian Science nurses” series.
- QUARANTINE WORKS OF ART – You may have seen the incredible creativity of folks on the internet with the #gettychallenge. It may have started with a Dutch Instagram account Tussen Kunst & Quarantine (or Between Art and Quarantine.) It was picked up by the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, with some simple instructions: choose a work of art, and find three items around your house to recreate it. Our residents at The Residences at 910 had their own take on this challenge. Listen to Barbara Fay Wiese tell you the story.
- WE’RE INTERVIEWING! I have heard from many of you that the last months have been a good time for prayer, study, and reflection. If you or someone you know is being led to make a change, please consider working at the Benevolent Association. Here is a list of our current open positions.
- 2020 GRADUATION for the Christian Science Nurses Training School has been rescheduled. Be sure to save the date for this year’s Graduation on November 1, 2020. Watch for more information to come.
